“Good but better communication needed”

The items themselves we're great but it took nearly 2 weeks for delivery. The delay was1 item which was unavailable but I only found this out once I emailed about the delay. Better communication would be nice. But the response was quick to the enquiry and the money deposited back to my account for the item that was unavailable.
