Communication was excellent with Masters Games. I had a few questions before ordering the product and I received answers within hours (even on the weekend).
Delivery was also excellent, I wanted to keep it discreet since I didn't want certain people to know what the gift was and it came bubble wrapped. They were accommodating to my requirements for this and ensured the warehouse shipped as required.
