With less than a week to my grandson's 7th birthday, I phoned to check that the Uber Giant Tower was in stock rather than just risking placing an internet order and then finding out it's not in stock, which seems to be a familiar story for me with some other online outlets just recently. The company offered to check the stock at their warehouse and then called me straight back. I placed the order on the phone at 10.30 on Monday morning and the Tower arrived at 10.00 the following day. fantastic! many thanks for a brilliant service.
The birthday party went well today, the sun shone for a while and my grandson is very happy with his gift.
