“Out of the ordinary”

I was looking for a specialist item. The traditional style skittles with a metal bar, used on bar billiards tables. I live in france and after scouring the internet, I found them on the masters site, but stock was out. I sent an email anyway, just as a 'long shot'. I received a prompt reply saying they just had some in and without delay I ordered. They came quickly, well packaged and I am absolutely delighted with them. For a relatively small purchase, and in another country, they offer outstanding, customer service.
