Placed two orders with this company in the past 3 months. First one was ordered beginning of December as an Xmas present. It arrived in the middle of January. Decided to give it another shot as the t shirts I was after are only available in the UK from this store. I wish I'd never bothered. Item was clearly listed as available, I placed an order over a week in advance (delivery stated 3-5 days) and received confirmation. At no point during this, was it mentioned that the item was awaiting stock. Still had no contact after a week, so chased it up to be told it wasn't in stock and they were still waiting. Had to cancel it and now have nothing in time for the birthday I'd bought it for.

As an aside, their delivery charges are ridiculous. It's done on how much you spend rather than weight, so a t shirt costs £4.00 to be sent via second class post :/
