“Lack of Customer Service”

I ordered a group of products and they did not arrive after 10 days.

When I rang them they told me the products were out of stock and the website was not live. I asked why they had not informed me by e-mail they didn't answer. I also asked when the stock would be available and they had no idea?

Very Poor Customer service.

I found everything I wanted to order on Amazon, in Stock and cheaper
