After reading some of the reviews (unfortunately after I placed my order) I really expected the worst but I am overall very happy with the company. True some of the items were not in stock initially but I have received 3out of 4of them in time for Christmas (they were dispatched separately one took around a week after order another a couple days longer). I admit, getting through on the phone to them was tricky but I managed on second attempt. Lady on the phone was extremely helpful. I phoned about one of my items arriving damaged and within 3days had replacement sent. One of the items will arrive after Christmas but it's not available anywhere else so I don't mind waiting. All in all probably because I expected so little I am positively surprised.
