“I should have ordered from Ebay!”

Okay, so I've ordered my Caves of Androzani figure set. I'm in the U.K, where they are. They said it would be dispatched in 1 day... guess what? Still not dispatched. By these reviews, I'm a little worried. I think I should have ordered from Ebay! I quite like the layout of the site, but it's just the delivery that puts the site down. The p&p is horrible expensive as well. I'll be avoiding this site from now on.
