I have ordered a vast amount of products over the years and have always been happy with them. They have always arrived early and in good condition - until I ordered an item that seemed to take ages to arrive so phoned them to enquire where it was. The phone rang and rang, noone seemed to answer for around half an hour. The woman I spoke to told me it was out of stock and was extremely rude and uninterested. If that is how she speaks to all Forbidden Planet's customers I am surprised they are still trading! Totally unprofessional
