Over the last few years I have placed multiple orders with ForbiddenPlanet.com mostly for limited run collectible items. Forbidden Planet has yet to deliver one of these orders successfully. Never shopped with this company before but I bought an Aliens Powerloader statue from forbiddenplanet.com as they were offering the best online price. No problems with placing the actual order as the staff we're both polite, friendly and seemed to know all about the item I was buying. The statue was despatched in 24 hours, a tracking number emailed to me and the parcel received in a couple of days.
