I purchased a ticket for Rodger Waters on May 28. On May 29, they responded that they did not have the ticket but offered me other seats I did not want. I told them I did not want them. I then bought tickets from another website. Today is July 9 and they just called me asking where to deliver the tickets in Amsterdam. 1-I live in the US ( they only deliver to a location in the city of the event just before the event) 2-They said they did not have them and I already purchased other tickets 3-they should have given me my money back on May 29 when I refused other seats and they did not have the ticket I ordered. They refused to refund my money. Luckly, I used American express and they will get my money back! Don't use these people!!!
