Accidentally bought tickets to a game on a day we couldn't attend immediately called vivid and they did not care what so ever and would not help us even though the transaction had not been cleared yet and we even bought the insurance on the tickets. They claim they won't ship the tickets until days before the game leaving us with no chance to try to re sale them. They are rude, bad Customer service and will never recommend them!
