That is all I kept getting after I explained to the customer service rep that I was first told on THREE different occasions that my tickets were coming on specific dates...NOT! We made sure an adult was at home because they told us we needed to sign for ups delivery. FINALLY...got tickets! Then they were not the section that I chose. I made two different transactions, but I chose the same section for both transactions .I chose this because I was purchasing a few extra tickets for some young boys that wanted to go to game with us. I couldn't get seats with us but I was able to choose seats in the same section so we could make sure that they were safe. Then I get my tickets today and they are far away from our seats. One is in F and the other in B. I contacted customer service and explained all of this( after spending almost $500.00) and all she could say is," we don't guarantee you will get the same section you buy on line ..you will either get equal or upgrade.... ..Sorry for any inconvenience. ...over and over. Don't confirm a section if you don't have it. Great customer service!
