Absolute Crooks - Should be Put Out of Business

There is nothing good about this enterprise. On July 9th, 2015 I ordered online two (2) lawn seats for a Steely Dan concert on August 1st, 2015 at the PNC Arts Center in NJ. I printed out the tickets a few days later. The face rate on the tickets was $39.50 each. I stashed them in my briefcase and went about my business. The night of the show I was a bit suspicious when I saw Section 403 Row G Seats 122 & 124 printed on the ticket.....these were lawn seats, open seating!!! Then I noticed that the ticket was issued to a someone else - not my name. We were admitted without needing to present ID and sat in the lawn section. The day after the concert I checked my Amex statement, more curious about the name on the tickets than the price. I discovered I was charged $298.22 for two $39.50 tickets. Thinking this was simply a billing error I called the lovely people at Vivid. I was told in no uncertain terms that their pricing was fair and fully disclosed on the order page online. BS!!!! I was also told that someone was the "original purchaser" of the tickets. These gutter snipes are nothing but scalpers. They refused to make an adjustment, referring me to their unreadable tiny print on the order page. To make things even more insulting, one of the mark-up items is a $56 "courtesy charge. They should be put out of business.
