I was on their site to see how much it would cost for two tickets to a particular concert. I went through the process looking for the review page to see exactly what they were charging in fees. I come to find an order was placed without me agreeing to anything or getting a review page. I was NEVER ONCE shown exactly how much I would be paying for these tickets, NEVER. I spoke to THREE different people in the customer service, including a manager. Each one of them refused to give me a refund of my money and the manager was honestly a little rude with me. I was essentially called a liar after insisting and never was given a review page or full cost of the tickets, to which they kept insisting was wrong. I didn't receive my money and am now stuck with two tickets and less money than when I started. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. And I am. 0/10 would never recommend. Avoid this site at all costs. Stick with Ticketmaster, they charge you less in fees. Charging someone 8 bucks to PRINT a couple of tickets is ridiculous.
