After charging four times the face value, they wanted to put us in the second to last row. Not exactly what I was originally paying for. The 100% guarantee is totally worthless. It only means that if you are standing outside of the concert venue and for some reason your tickets are no good, they won't charge you for the tickets. Their customer service representative told me that once I had confirmation of the ticket purchase I was 100% guaranteed the tickets and they would be sending the tickets to me somehow. That should have been the first warning. I counted on that right until the day of the show when they said the tickets I had purchased were no longer available. Within minutes I went online and purchase tickets from Ticketnetwork.com. They had emailed me the tickets within 60 seconds of the purchase. Ticketnetwork.com worked exactly as promised. They even have a 125% guarantee, so that if the tickets failed to come through, they will pay you 25% of the purchase price as compensation.

I would never use vividseats.com again. They are the worst in the business
