Why did I receive 3 emails that insinuated that my padre game ticket order had gone through just to have an associate call me and tell me that the order I had placed nearly 2 hours prior was unsuccessful because there were not enough tickets??? I am utterly perturbed!!!! Had I known that the tickets were not available to vivid seats I would have searched elsewhere. The customer service agent could do nothing for me and it is ultimately I who loose out. I will never, and I mean never again book through this company. I am absolutely livid. 100% guarantee my ass.... Don't do it.
