This is my first time using Vivid. I have 3 daughters who enjoy trending concerts. My oldest daughter had begged me for 6 months to attend a one direction concert. I had decided to splurge on tickets for her birthday as a surprise and found Vivid in my Internet search. I bought the tickets and received a phone call telling me that my tickets can be picked up at will call at the venue but he would call back and confirm. It is the day of the concert and I had not gotten a confirmation from the person that had called a few weeks ago. I decided to call and confirm pickup and was lucky to get Alesia to help me. She said it was noted on the account that I was to pick up the tickets. She felt a little uneasy because I did not get that confirmation call so she followed up with the ticket holder and the information was incorrect! If it wasn't for her my daughter's evening could hve been very stressful! As well as my own! I was able to get my tickets but not only that they were upgraded!!! I am beyond thrilled. I don't know if Alesia had anything to do with the upgrade but I am so greatfull for the extra effort that Alesia put into helping me with my dilemma. I will definitely use Vivid again!!! Many times I am sure!!!
