I just got off the phone with Chris regarding case number 612009, and he was one of the best customer service people I've ever dealt with on the phone. He was courteous, helpful and funny! He was able to able to solve my problem within minutes, and has definitely helped save a big family event for me.

I will definitely use Vivid Seats again!
