I had an issue with my order. I called customer service and was directed to James to help me resolve my issue. James went above and beyond to help me get the tickets I needed to surprise my husband. Thank you for making what could have been a horrible mistake on my part a success! I'm so excited to surprise my husband with his tickets for Christmas, and because of James, it will happen!
