Customer service personnel Adriana R. ORDER NUMBER 612987 really helped me out. She was so nice and helpful and I felt as if she truly cared about my issue. My tickets I had originally purchased were no longer available by the seller and so Adriana called me to tell me about the issue. I was upset at first but she assured me I would get tickets and sure enough she did. She was absolutely fabulous and truly represents what a supers saleswoman should be.
Thanks vivid! I always recommend you to my friends/family!
