“Awsome Customer Service”

I would like to thank all of the people at Vivid Seats for the awesome customer service. We had a small problem with the delivery of our tickets, that could have been devastating to our (16) year old Bieber fan.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone, especially Kevin Boone was kind, courteous and understanding of our problem.



I will not hesitate to purchase more event tickets from Vivid in the future.
