(Name removed) was very helpful with getting me a refund. We purchase tickets from vivid seats and someone else purchased the same tickets from another site.
We were moved from our seat at the concert and put in terrible seats behind the stage...When I call to complain (name removed) took all the information and verified it with the seller of tickets. Vivid Seat refunded us our money and apologized for the mix up. Thank you for your help.
