Far better experience than expected!

Upon realizing that the only way I could experience general admission Radiohead tickets was by buying from a ticket re-seller, I decided to do my research. I was obviously most concerned about the security of spending $350+ on tickets secondhand, especially with the paperless ticket policy being employed by Ticketmaster. This policy involves presenting the credit card you used to purchase the tickets along with a photo ID in order to gain entry to the concert. Obviously, this presents issues when you are not buying directly from Ticketmaster. VividSeats appeared very reliable and secure as a means to purchase tickets.

After being reassured by several VividSeats representatives on their live chat feature, I finally felt comfortable enough to buy tickets. I bought 2 floor tickets from a VividSeats preferred seller: Adriana Rodriguez (order number 448552).

I was mailed a gift card that had been used to purchase the tickets. I remained apprehensive about a gift card working due to my name not being on the card. Long story short, all of my concerns were a complete non-issue, as the employee at the door only checked my ID and scanned the card. Everything worked out perfectly. (An alternate method for getting in is by meeting the original ticket buyer at the venue and having them present their credit card.)

What I've failed to directly mention so far is customer service. It was spectacular! I do not say this lightly either. Every employee I spoke with, whether on the phone or through chat, had a great personality and extreme confidence in the reliability of VividSeats. I was even contacted by the my seller herself, Adriana, because the Fed-Ex driver was unable to find my house.

Suffice it to say, my extreme apprehension was continually addressed by VividSeats as a whole. I can't recommend them enough. It might also help matters that this was the best concert I've ever been to in my life. Thanks to excellent overall service from VividSeats, I was able to attend!
