Re Order # 448511 - I got an email last week saying that my tickets were shipping, but when they didn't come I called you guys. I was pleasantly surprised when Rob knew right off the bat that the email was in error, the tickets hadn't even been printed yet, and I should get the tickets in a few weeks. Usually no one knows what's going on and the issue goes on and on. I'll switch from Stub Hub to Vivid for tix in the future.
