In January I bought 2 tickets for Robbie Williams in Manchester,I found out I did not need these tickets and sold them back to you, I was informed how much I would get for them. In late May I received tickets to download under a different order number. Trying to get in touch with the company is like getting to speak to the Qneen, e-mails sent back cannot be sent, hone numbers that are either a fax machine, you canhold on all day and still get no answer,and one that tells you to ring bck during opening hours but you do not get to know what they are. All I want is my money back, or I will be going to see a Solicitor, you will not get away with it. Please answer this
