Viagogo - www.viagogo.co.uk Review

I listed Elton John tickets for 7th June with Viagogo on 3rd June (1.37 AM) as they said they could sell up to the last minute. I printed off their shipping label and posted the tickets first class guaranteed next day delivery as they recommended. These will be delivered on 6th June by 1 pm so that any potential buyer could collect before the event. However, Viagogo have already withdrawn my listing, less than 24 hours later. The worst thing is that you cannot contact this company to make a query or tell them that the tickets are on the way. I have bought tickets from this company in the past but will never use them again. I am a genuine seller - had really wanted to go to this concert but am unable to do so. I was just trying to cover my costs and give someone else the opportunity of going to see a great artist. Awful website if you have a query it has to match their set questions. So frustrating! I will be taking this further as it should not be allowed.
