Ordered tickets for Chelsea flower show face value 5o cost 120. Sent tickets for wrong day. When pointed out to them response was we don't sell the tickets they are sold by third parties so not our problem. Customer service representative churlish and refused to connect me to. Supervisor.

Call them again - you were very unlucky because they are normally helpful. Explain that you have your email confirmation which shows one date and your ticket stubs which show a different date. They WILL refund you.
