i called viagogo for 1 direction tickets booked them they called back 20 minutes later to say the debit card declined. I then booked a couple days later online. Only to find viagogo have taken payment off originally for the payment they phoned which was declined. This leaves me with 2 tickets that I haven't booked. Being a support worker and booking on behalf of vulnerable people find this very off and unsafe leaving people open to fraud. I emailed a couple of days ago and said they would respond 24 hours still no response concert is on the 29th September not leaving much time, if it was my own money would be bad enough but to put honesty in the workplace at jeopardy is bad!!!!!!!!!!
