Ordered my tickets. Tickets never made it to me. Contacted USP and Viagogo. They told me they would investigate and get back to me. That was in January, over 4 months ago. I have contacted them at least once a month if not more, and I get the same response over and over again: we will look into this matter.
I am beyond dissappointed, I had ordered 4 tickets for my daughter and niece. The concert is in about two weeks. I have no hope in getting my money or my tiickets back. A lawyer has been contacted.

Don't worry - at least, not yet! It's quite common for companies like Ticketmaster not to issue tickets until about one week before the event. I would guess your seller is still waiting for the tickets to arrive.

I'll let you know :) But since they were in the mail 4 months ago and were reported lost and the concert being sold out I don't expect them to arrive here at all.

Sorry, I didn't read your original comment properly. Didn't realise the tickets had already been sent and had got lost. Try tracking them yourself on the UPS website and see if that brings you any more info.
