“I could not buy armin van buren's concert tickets on...”

I could not buy armin van buren's concert tickets on time,so I decided to buy it through viagogo;I paid 400$ a month ago and till now i did not receive my tickets.And when I emailed Viagogo's customer service they replied that I should be more patient and in the end of the day "they are just middle men with no authority to send a certain ticket at a certain time".So my question is why does such website have full authority in paying the second party his money while lacking all authority in guaranteeing the first party to receive his consideration in return.I would not advice anyone to book via viagogo , its unbearably terrible.

You will not receive the tickets until they are printed - this could be as late as a couple of weeks before the event. Viagogo does not pay the ticket seller until after the event has taken place. This is to ensure you have received the correct tickets. I do not think you have anything to worry about.
