The only downfall with Viagogo is that they do not provide live chat. This is so important to have to help prevent been scammed especially if you've never used this site or any other site before to purchase valid tickets. But, my experience with Viagogo was great. Their customer service was reliable and as soon i purchased my tickets they were delivered to me almost immediately via email. For a sold out event, Their ticket prices were reasonable and I was so pleased with my seating. It was right down there where all the action happens.
