I bought the tickets of Serie A in september.
However they did not send them .
I checked the their website everyday (until the day of the game)but it was written "the tickets was not sent yet".
Finally I had to buy another tickets on the shop, since they have not sent them to me. (there is no telephone number for S.O.S.!!)
I checked their site after the game but it was always written that "the tickets was not sent yet"

The day afet, I reclaimed viagogo but their answer was " we have sent you them, so we cannot pay you back "
I will never use viagogo. I hope you all pay attention.
