i realize there is a difference in prices in tickets but i bought two seated tickets for bruno mars 150.00 each great received my tickets today marked prices 38.50 each thats big difference understandabley not happy such a gap to what i paid not including the fees i was more than happy to pay the oringanal price for my seats but something isn't right i feel very disappointed in viagogo and the phone conversation i had with them i had used them before got last tickets no problems same price on ticket as what i paid thats why i choose them again puts a damper on my concert knowing this hopefully when i get to my event i will enjoy it wont be using viagogo again

Viagogo is a RE-SELLING website. They always show the face value of tickets very clearly and it is up to the individual seller to set the price, and up to the buyer to decide if he/she wants to pay.

The face value is the price printed on the ticket - in your case £38.50. £150 was what the individual seller (not Viagogo) was asking. The actual face value of the ticket (£38.50) would have been shown very clearly on the web page listing all the tickets.

Nobody ever suggested that you are stupid. Go to the Viagogo page that lists the tickets for Bruno Mars. Scroll down and you will see the face value. Viagogo always show the face value as the law requires them to do so.
