“The worst exchange i have ever been involved with”

The Tomorrowland fiasco, is shaping up to be quite profitable for this firm. Sold tickets the same day they were still on sale through the "ACTUAL" Tomorrowland site for 5 times the face value. They bought the website, "Tomorrowland2013tickets" so it looked like the oficial website, even dressed it up to look like the oficial website. So anyone searching for the oficial website got routed to viagogo. In the US, ticketmaster is a broker who sells for most shows. They have a service fee but tickets are still face value. Less than two days before we check in for camping and still no final email for us to get wristbands. We pray and viagogo better pray that we are allowed entrance and wristbands that we paid more than anyone on the planet materialize. Im literraly in this thing almost 8000 euro for five full madness passes and one camping pass. I am so stupid to have fallen for this. Wish me luck, and viagogo i wish you luck if this does not work out.

What are you talking about? Tomorrowland2013tickets is NOT owned by Viagogo - there is just a link on the website.
Viagogo hasn't sold any tickets for 5 time the face value. Viagogo don't sell tickets - they act as a platform for anyone (individuals or companies) to resell tickets.
