Submitted tickets for The Who, received their confirmation of listing & they signed for the tickets well ahead of the event.
They failed to push the listing live, despite numerous emails & calls /
CS team told us they had a backlog (?!)
Finally on the Saturday they said it was too late.
Refused to escalate the issue & would not give us details of how to collect them so we could go ourselves.
So,we lost our tickets £140 - and couldn't go or sell them.
Awful from start to finish & since then have responded to no emails at all.
