Last November 2012 I purchased 2 tickets to see RObbie Williams in manchester on 21st June 2013. The concert is 20hrs away and I have yet to receive my tickets.Viagogo have been worse than useless. I have been ringing them all week telling them I would be leaving for the event early on the morning of the event. They were unable to contact the original seller so arranged replacements. These I was assured yesterday would be with me today by 13hrs. Of course they did not appear and when I contacted viagogo,yet again, was told they were never going to get to me until Friday!! Nobody you speak to takes any responsibility. They just seem to be reading from a script. Their apologies are so insincere , they cannot let you speak to a supervisor as they themselves have to Skype the supervisor!! You only get generic e-mails which are useless. It takes 3 days for them to reply to an e-mail and 48hrs for a call back from customer services!! I hope all who get to the concert enjoy it. I don't think I will be there, wasting train tickets and hotel room as well as ticket money. DO NOT USE VIAGOGO learn from the mistakes of others
