Sent off two tickets to Viagogo's buyer 17th May as directed only to be told 20th May my sale had been cancelled and not to send the tickets!
Can't get through to anyone by phone who can explain whats happened. Not even sure why this number exists as they're unable to tranfer you and appear only able to input data, could I not have done this on-line my self? Surely if a customer is calling its to have a problem resolved.
Very frustrated by this experience.
