Sent to tickets to last minute sales ,they where not returned to me.Avoid this company!

Why didn't you read the instructions on the website. You were free to collect the tickets at any time. Viagogo never promise to return unsold last minute tickets.

I had to 3pm to contact them, from 12 noon I sent 15 e mails and contacted viagigo by phone who said to reply to a link, which I did and no one contacted me !
