Me and a couple of friends have ordered 4 tickets to tomorrowland 2013, belgium. I Am extremely insecure right now, after reading around the internet, and found out there is actually no guarantee that we will get them. We bought the tickets for 540€ a pop, and i really hope that they will appear. It is 5 months till the festival, so it is a looong time to wait to see if we get them or not.

Same situation here! $1500 down the drain within seconds , I was able to get a hold of viagogo twice and talk to two different people, they said my tickets and braclets will arrive in time and that they will not be blacklisted at the door! Hopefully we can trust their words .. Now it's just the waiting part!

What's the matter with you lot? Viagogo sell thousands of tickets EVERY DAY. A minute amount of people have problems. The vast majority have no problem at all - that's why they don't bother to post comments here.

Hi there,
viagogo is an online ticket marketplace which guarantees every transaction. For buyers, this means that they are guaranteed to get the tickets they purchased in time for the event and that buyers will be admitted to the event. For Tomorrowland 2013, we will have a customer service team based near the event to answer any queries customers may have.
Thanks.
The viagogo team!

You paid by credit card, yes? So why are you insecure? If your tickets don't turn up you contact your credit card company and they claw the money back on your behalf.

I'm sorry but maybe to you 1500 dollars is not a lot to you but to most people that is a lot of money and we have the right to worry and find out where our money is, I'm sure if you gave your money to someone and they tell you that you will not have anything for 4 or 5 months, maybe you would start to worry RIGHT!!! YES!

WRONG! NO! I wouldn't worry.
If I had paid VGG using a credit card then, no I wouldn't worry about it. Did you pay using a credit card? Do you know how credit cards work?
If you are going to be making large purchases on the internet using credit cards then perhaps, for your own peace of mind, you need to be a bit more savvy about what your basic consumer rights are.

One more thing. Leaving aside VGG for one moment, how are you going to get around the festival's security checks. Did you not think about the ID checks before you bought from a secondary ticket site?
Wrong to attack VGG - they won't be able to send out tickets until the festival prints and send out those tickets. They can't send you what they don't have. I'm sure they'll send you what you paid for in due course. BUT, when you turn up at the festival with tickets with someone else's name on them, how are you going to get in, given that Tomorrowland has promised to have strict ID checks in place? Did you check the Tomorrowland website?
It's the ID checks you need to be worried about.
