Hi Scarlet,

We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with us.

If you did not receive your tickets on time then we will need to issue you a refund.

Please can we have your transaction ID so we can look into your order in more detail?

Thanks,
The viagogo team!

Apparently I got blocked and cannot send any more messages so I paste it here. since you dont have email adress or contact number I expect someone answers me!

Well, something is obviously wrong with your delievery system, I have been home all weekend and following Monday and had recieved the other mails through Royay Mail those days but the tickets or any post notice never got to my adress. They havent got to me even during the week AFTER the concert. Which basically mean they got lost on the way here. Even if you issued them, I never got them, never used them and got really upset when realised I cannot collect them anywhere at the event place too. So I think that would be fair enough if you refund my money because this is really ridicolous. How can you treat your customers like that? I have never seen anything like that in my life!! Beside I have got an answer from your Team at my review and they said i can have my money back. So please, sort it out or give me the contact number to your industry regulator and I will talk to them.

Regards.

Dear xxx,
Thank you for your email regarding your transaction (ID 2664188) for Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie on 26/11/2012.We apologise for the delay in responding to your email.

The seller sent your tickets and you should have received an email notifying you of this. We apologise if you haven't received this email, it may have entered your junk/spam folder. The tickets were sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and your tracking number is SF025705099GB.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct. You can edit your delivery address at any time by signing in to your viagogo account. Please note that an address change is not valid until viagogo has confirmed it.

We are not able to refund you as the tickets were sent in time for the event and Royal Mail Special Delivery did attempt to deliver your tickets to the address you had provided before the event.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,

Hi Scarlet,

Thanks for your reply.

Royal mail did try to delivery your ticket on 24/11/12, see below in information from the tracking details on the Royal Mail website:

Item SF025705099GB could not be delivered on 24/11/12 11:04 (and no Safeplace option was specified by the addressee). A"something for you card" will have been delivered, the item will be returned to SUTTON pending instructions from the addressee. You can arrange a redelivery online, call the SUTTON office to arrange a re-delivery, or collect the item from SUTTON by bringing proof of identification and address.

Unfortunately as Royal Mail did attempt delivery we are unable to refund your money, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The viagogo team!

Ok, so how do you explain the fact that on Monday 24th I have been on Sutton Royal Mail point to collect other package and asked if there is anything waiting for me there and there was nothing and nothing have arrived that day. And why would I want to re-arrange the delievery a week AFTER the event?? There was someone home ALL DAY and the weekend before waiting for the tickets..obviously..as we wanted to get the them.. nothing arrived. And I am not the first person that happened to so maybe rethink your delievery system. Only acceptable option is a refund. As a customer who lost the money with your company i am very upset with your poor service. If your customer service cannot deal with it, I'd like to talk with someone above who makes these decisions. this is unacceptable.

Surely you should be complaining to Royal Mail, not Viagogo? Viagogo behaved correctly and kept to their side of the contract. You can't possibly blame them for Royal Mail's incompetence. As the tickets were sent by Special Delivery (and you have the tracking number and all the details) you should be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. THEY lost the tickets - not Viagogo.
