Viagogo always try and hold onto sellers money but took the absolute biscuit when they held onto £2500 of MY money after I sold tickets with no problems.
I kept getting lied to saying the money was transferred and would hit my bank in 3-5 days.... 5 days later I'd call again for the, to hide behind "computer error excuses" can never speak to a manager.
Like all ticket sellers I need to be paid to buy more stock in...... They fail to realise holding onto sellers money will put us out of business..... And without no sellers they won't have a business.
I started calling daily for my money at an extra cost to myself holding for 30 minutes at a time..... Then I was told by rude staff to stop bothering them and just wait to be paid.
They then even BLOCKED my number so I couldn't ring them no more....... Very bad practise.
Avoid like the plague.
I have 101 other problems with this company and am currently in the process of taking them to court so seller if you have been stung please share experiences to back up my court cause.
Viagogo are a massive company with a great concept which should be getting 5 star ratings..... Unfortunately the poor customer service levels and clueless staff let the brand down.
Viagogo rebecca I see your same copy and paste replies on all negative comments pretending to care and asking customers to share transaction numbers...... Why would we expect you to sort stuff out on a public forum when you can't on private emails or calls..... Don't put replies just for the readers benefits
