Bought the tickets in April & was panicking when they didnt arrive week before concert but got email saying tickets were getting sent out so was fine then got a email on the Wed before saying would i accept seated area & a refund because they couldn't contact seller which i did so that was fine,then on the Fri got email saying that tickets weren't available either & would I accept VIP tickets & it was too late to send them to me & would i collect them in Manchester.
Really thought it was a scam & with reading the reviews definately thought it was but ended up going down to Manchester hoping we wouldnt be dissapointed & wasn't.Ended up they did stick to there word & i collected the tickets on the day of the concert.I did pay double the price for standing tickets but ended up with much better VIP tickets in the end.Thank you Viagogo.
Lady gaga was excellent :)
