Having ordered 2 tickets for the V Festival on the 7 april 2012, 4 months prior to the festival, I didn't think for one moment that we wouldn't be able to go. confirmation of the ticket sale came and Viagogo took my money£305. An email arrived telling me the tickets would arrive 3 to 5 days before the event. On the 14th August just 4 days before the Festival, i still had no tickets and began to Panic . At 11 o'clock that night I recieved email telling me the tickets had been sent and was given a Tracking number. When No tickets had arrived by the 16 August I Tracked the order only to find it had been sent to a completely different address over 50 miles from were i live. Horrified I called Viagogo who confirmed the tickets had gone to a different address, saying they would investigate and would try to get me tickets to the Festival, I DID NOT HERE FROM THEM AGAIN. They sent an Email telling me I would get my money back on the day of the Festival. We could not get tickets as it was the day of the Festival and were Devestated as we did not go. This was Not a last minute booking, Viagogo has had my money for over 3 months, It has been a Terrible experience as we missed the V Festival. Viagogo seem to take No responsibility for this nightmare, and there Customer Service is Terrible. I would Never Recommend this company.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE TRANSACTION NUMBER 26761430
