I Bought my tickets for Madona concert. I wrote them 100 times that i didn't receive my tickets and they kept replying me that we will contact you and if you didn't get your ticket by concert time, we will pay you back. I didn't not get my tickets or any call or any replacement. I went all the way to the concert try to get in with my confirmation letter. obviously I could not get in.
after the concert they sent me an email saying that we have delivered your ticket and here it is the evidence with somebody else signature.
i wrote them back that it is a fake evidence as i bought my ticket on June 7 at midnight and there is no way you could deliver it on june 8 and with somebody else signature..
they are ridiculous and has the worse customer service ever. they have no respect for their customers
