I Bought my tickets for Madona concert. I wrote them 100 times that i didn't receive my tickets and they kept replying me that we will contact you and if you didn't get your ticket by concert time, we will pay you back. I didn't not get my tickets or any call or any replacement. I went all the way to the concert try to get in with my confirmation letter. obviously I could not get in.
after the concert they sent me an email saying that we have delivered your ticket and here it is the evidence with somebody else signature.
i wrote them back that it is a fake evidence as i bought my ticket on June 7 at midnight and there is no way you could deliver it on june 8 and with somebody else signature..
they are ridiculous and has the worse customer service ever. they have no respect for their customers

if you check the history , you will see how many emails i sent and just right after the concert you declined paying me pack and telling me that i am lying and you delivered my tickets.
I have called your UK numbers 100 times, i contacted UPS to follow this up and no response
i asked for a valuable response and nothing. so I have enough evidences to proof that i didn't receive my ticket which i bought one month before the concert.
this is not the way to keep the customer happy. i live in a city 2 hours away from Amsterdam where the concert was, i went there just to try my last chance to get it
i could not be more disappointed and mad.
i hope finally somebody provide me with good response

I contacted UPS asking them to investigate on my complain and imagine what.. they say the process should be initiated with shipper of the ticket.. who the hell is the shippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer???
two big organizations, instead of providing me a valuable response for 200 euros they just make joke of them self..
it is the shame for UPS and Viagogo with such awful customer services

unbelievable.............
when i checked the signature proof sending by UPS i see that the post code is not correct and viagogo wont accept that they gave UPS a wrong address.
oh my god what a people.... how could it be so hard for them to check their file? and see they made a mistake and accept that and respect their customer...
instead of 1000 emails sent with no valuable information in them... read those document.. who the hell is replaying these emails that is this much stupid to see the files, to see the wrong address and sent it as a proof to me when i have my confirmation email from viagogo with the right address

your customer service has been in touch with me for a month nowww... i am still expecting a call that your colleague supposed to make..

check the confirmation email you sent me and read the address on it with post code 2613
and check the signature proof that again you sent me that you are not going to refund this because you deliver it to me.. check the address is 2611 and it is not me.. whoever mistake it is UPS or you.. it is not mine... and you have to refund my money.
besides that. i have a registered signature here and the sign on that piece of proof showing me with wrong address on it is not my sign,
you can not just reply to me with 1000 of automatic email to tell me we will be in touch and you never do.
I will follow this up till end.. because i am working hard and making money not easy like. i am not like you be irresponsible for my mistake and I am not accepting this until you pay me back and apologize my taking me time
you should be so sorry for hurting people like that and playing with their plan and their time..
