I bought tickets for a concert I was traveling from Australia to Brazil and had to buy two tickets from separate sellers. As the tickets wouldn't arrive before I left I changed my postal address to a Brazilian one. concerned that only one seller may have received the new address, I wrote to viagogo and was informed that both sellers had been given the updated address for the tickets. On arriving in Brazil I recieved a confirmation email that my tickets had been sent. One to Australia and one to Brazil. Obviously this was completely unhelpful and as we only had one ticket, and we're able to get another, we missed the event. I tried repeatedly to contact viagogo to no avail, and when I finally got a response, was told in no uncertain terms that it was all my fault and I should have made sure the address was correct. Obviously given that one ticket ended up in the correct location means I must have done something right. I couldn't believe the attitude of the staff, the complete disregard for me as a customer and their unwillingness to even apologise. I wish I had read these comments before I bought tickets through them. I would rate them 0 stars if I could and have been tryin to get he word out as much as possible about their appalling service.
