I bought 4 tickets back in Oct for Stones Roses gig on 30th June, I then wanted to sell 2, so got back on viagogo, i listed and they sold pretty quick all look good, until i waited and waited for the arrival of tickets, one email from viagogo telling me i had deadline of Tuesday 26th June 4pm of posting back out, my tickets arrived on Tuesday 26th June at 12pm, after reading about UPS and how takes day for courier to even get here, and given how long it had taken them to get to me via dublin and birmingham( I live in durham!!), I decided sending via royal mail special delivery at my cost, as suggested as an option from viagogo, i cannot now enter my tracking number to let buyer know they are on the way, i have sent 4 messages to viagogo, and cannot find phone number anywhere to contact, they say they do have phone number but its like mystery trying to find link to get to it,
Never mind the £80 they are making out of buyer and me for selling for me!
mmm not sure would use again too stressful, and really bad communication from such big company
