“Great customer service”

I contacted the customer service department as my computer was not working well and I wanted to purchase baseball tickets for the Phillie's. The woman who helped me was fantastic, got me great seats and was very friendly (which now a days is very hard to find....or can speak English!) I will certainly use this site again for purchasing other tickets. (read more)
