My boyfriend and I decided to go to the Leeds Festival about a week before it was due to take place. We bought a couple of weekend tickets from ticketola, and we were distraught when the seller of these tickets decided that he wouldn't go ahead with the sale. The first we knew of the problem was when someone from ticketola customer service rang me to tell me there was a problem. We were offered a choice of an immediate refund or replacement tickets. I was a little sceptical because of what had happened, but we wanted to go to the festival so we chose the replacement tickets option. As it happened, they replaced the tickets in the next few minutes and they arrived a couple of days later. Leeds was great - shame about the weather! We're going to Bestival this weekend (more rain?) and we bought those tickets from ticketola too at a really great price. It's a nice site, easy to use and the people who run it are helpful and friendly.
