Ticketmaster are always trying ways to charge you - admin fees, booking fees, processing fees, postage fees etc etc.

Their customer service is awful, and you have to wait ages to get through on a premium rate number, only to be told by some miserable northerner that you are doing something wrong.

They completely rip people off.
